چکیده

Bacterial Antibiotic Resistance (AMR) is a problem in all regions, with six pathogens accounting for 73.4% of deaths attributable to bacterial AMR, namely Escherichia coli (E. coli), Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus), Klebsiella pneumoniae (K. pneumoniae), Streptococcus Acinetobacter baumannii (A baumannii), and Psuedomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa). The World Health Organization instigated Global Action Plan on AMR 2021, which still active - healthcare costs run into many billions dollars worldwide. A Review Antimicrobial commissioned by the British Government argued that could kill 10 million people per year 2050 has emerged as one greatest public health threats 21st century. Just pathogen, Methicillin-Resistant (MRSA), caused more than 100,000 worldwide, other four covered this research causing again. This focused studying chlorine dioxide's effectiveness eradicating five different bacteria vitro novel effective treatment. study used dioxide concentrations antibiotic-resistant bacteria, ranging from 1 – 7 ppm concentrations. Disinfection studies were compared controls, results demonstrated greater 95% disinfection ppm. Chlorine size-selective antimicrobial agent can micron-sized organisms rapidly but will not cause actual harm much larger like animals or humans it cannot penetrate deeply their living tissues. It safe when low short durations. Clinical trials must be undertaken gain experience best dosages protocols eradicate microorganisms body.

Antimicrobial Effects of Zinc Oxide and Silver Nitrate Nanoparticles on S. aureus, A. baumannii and P. aeruginosa

Background and Objective: Nanoparticles have been introduced as novel antimicrobial agents because of their properties that are different from their bulk properties. Present study was aimed to investigate antimicrobial activity of silver nitrate and zinc oxide nanoparticles against three main bacteria responsible for nosocomial infections, S. aureus, P. aeruginosa and A. baumannii. Materials a...

Surveillance of current antibiotic resistance among clinical isolates S. aureus,E. coli and P. aeroginosa collected from five Iranian cities

Antibiotic resistance is an emerging problem worldwide present in many bacteria, speciallyS. aureus, P. aeroginosa, and E. coli that are consider as the most common group of bacteriaresponsible for nosocomial infections. This problem would be more serious and divesting indeveloping countries where there is not regular surveillance program for periodic antibioticresistance. In attempts to report...

A Robust Pneumonia Model in Immunocompetent Rodents to Evaluate Antibacterial Efficacy against S. pneumoniae, H. influenzae, K. pneumoniae, P. aeruginosa or A. baumannii

Efficacy of candidate antibacterial treatments must be demonstrated in animal models of infection as part of the discovery and development process, preferably in models which mimic the intended clinical indication. A method for inducing robust lung infections in immunocompetent rats and mice is described which allows for the assessment of treatments in a model of serious pneumonia caused by S. ...
